Free 3-Day Introduction Terms

What is included

• Three introductory days, in person, at the All In One Wellness centre in Indore.
• An introduction to the coaching approach around everyday food, routines and movement.
• Guided participation at a comfortable pace and time to ask questions.

Cost

The trial is free. No payment, card or purchase is needed to attend. Ongoing coaching after the trial is optional and may be paid; we explain options only if you ask.

How it works

• Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Our team contacts you to agree dates based on availability.
• One free trial per person. Open to adults aged 18 and over who can attend in Indore.
• You can reschedule or cancel at any time by telling the team.
• We may reschedule, or end or decline a trial if participation does not appear safe or suitable.
