This policy explains how All In One Wellness Family Health Club ("we", "us"), operating the All In One Wellness centre in Indore with coach Shri Chatap, handles personal data shared through this free trial page. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

• Contact details: full name, city, mobile number and, if you choose, email.
• Basic profile: age, gender (optional), height, current weight and main goal.
• An optional note on health considerations, only if you choose to share it.
• Campaign details: the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM tags, Google or Meta click IDs) and the page address.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse.

Why we use it

• To contact you about your trial request and arrange a visit.
• To prepare a suitable introduction to coaching at the centre.
• To understand which adverts bring enquiries, in summary form.
• To keep the form secure.

By submitting the form, you consent to this use. We do not use your data for automated decisions, and we do not sell or rent it.

Health information

Any health note is optional. It is seen only by our coaching team to help keep the trial suitable for you. We never share it with advertising platforms. Please do not send medical reports through this page.

Advertising and measurement

When you submit a request, we may record that a request was made, together with campaign source, to measure our adverts. Your name, phone, age, height, weight, goal or health answers are not sent to advertising platforms. See our Cookie Policy.

Who can see it

Only authorised staff at the centre, and the secure hosting providers that store the data for us under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data if required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to coaching are deleted within 90 days. If you join a programme, we keep your details while you are a client and as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use. Write to hello@shrichatap.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
