Free 3-day trial

The trial is free, so there is nothing to refund. You can cancel or reschedule at any time by telling our team. See the Free 3-Day Introduction Terms.

Paid programmes

Paid coaching is optional and is only agreed after you choose it. Before you pay, we share the programme fee, duration and what is included in writing.

• Cancel before the programme starts: full refund.
• Cancel after it starts: any refund is worked out for unused sessions, as agreed in writing at the time you enrol.
• Sessions can be paused or rescheduled for genuine medical or personal reasons on request.

How to request

Email hello@shrichatap.com with your name, mobile number and payment details. We aim to respond within 7 working days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
